Ingredients

cup
cottage cheese
¾
cup
chopped fresh strawberries

tbsp
pure maple syrup
3
scoops
strawberry protein powder
(or vanilla protein powder)

tsp
vanilla extract
1 ½

heavy cream
Instructions
In a high-speed blender, blend the cottage cheese, strawberries, maple syrup, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside to thicken.
Using a stand mixer or handheld electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the strawberry mixture until smooth and creamy.
Serve as a dip or in ½ cup portions, or transfer to the fridge until ready to serve.
