Ingredients
2lbsyellow potatoes
5.2ozBoursin Garlic and Fine Herb Cheese
½cupwhole milk
½tsp sea salt
1tbspfresh chives(minced)
Instructions
Chop your potatoes into 1 inch pieces, no need to peel!
Add your potatoes to boiling water, and boil for about 15 minutes or until fork tender.
Drain your cooked potatoes, and tranfer to a large bowl. Add the Boursin cheese, whole milk, and sea salt to the bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the potatoes until smooth.
Gently stir in your fresh chives, then serve mashed potatoes hot!
