This balsamic marinated chicken recipe uses honey, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and rosemary to make a super healthy chicken dinner. Great for the grill, too!

Ingredients
Balsamic Marinade:
1/2cupbalsamic vinegar
1/4cupfresh rosemarychopped
3cloves garlicminced
2tbsphoney
1/2tsponion powder
4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1tspavocado or olive oil
Instructions
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl or gallon sized zip lock bag.
Place chicken into the mixture, tossing the chicken until it is completely covered with the marinade. Place in the fridge for 4-8 hours to marinate.
After 4-8 hours of marinating, heat a skillet or grill pan to medium heat with 1 tsp oil.
Add chicken to the skillet/grill pan. Cook on one side for about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook the other side for about 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, and allow the chicken to rest in the hot pan for 5 minutes.
Serve with broccoli, asparagus, or a side salad!
To Make It A Freezer Meal:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a gallon sized zip lock bag.
Place chicken into the mixture, tossing the chicken until it is completely covered with the marinade.
Label and date the bag, and freeze for up to 3 months.
Thaw overnight before cooking.
