2honeynut squashsliced in half and seeds removed
1tbspavocado oil
2tbspgrated parmesan cheese
1tbspchopped fresh rosemary
2tspfresh thyme leaves
1tspgarlic powder
¼tspsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, stir together parmesan cheese, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and salt. Set aside.
Prep the honeynut squash by slicing them in half lengthwise and spooning out the seeds. Place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the oil.
Sprinkle the honeynut squash with the parmesan herb mixture evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and slightly browned. Serve!
