In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Add in the beef and toss to coat the beef evenly. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium to medium-high heat (about 400℉).
While your grill heats, make the skewers by weaving the bacon in between pieces of beef and green peppers. Reserve the marinade for basting.
Oil the grates of the grill with oil and place the skewers on the grill and baste with the marinade generously. Close the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and baste once more. Discard the marinade. Flip every 3-4 minutes, about 10-12 minutes total cook time.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
