Ingredients
3tbspolive oil
2tbsp lemon juiceabout 2 lemons
2tbspchopped fresh parsley
1tbsplemon zest
3cloves garlicminced
2 tspblack pepper
1 tsp salt
½tsp onion powder
1 ½lbsboneless/skinless chicken thighsor protein of choice
Instructions
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl or zip-lock bag.
Add the chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Freeze for up to 3 months, or marinade 4-8 hours in the refrigerator, then cook chicken on the grill or in a skillet until heated to 165°.
