milk of choice
(I used Fairlife 2%)

old fashioned rolled oats

vanilla protein powder

tbsp
molasses

tbsp
pure maple syrup

chia seeds

tsp
vanilla extract

tsp
ground cinnamon
¼

ground ginger
whipped cream and/or small gingerbread cookie
optional for topping
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium glass jar or container. Stir until well combined, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Garnish with a little whipped cream and/or a small gingerbread cookie if desired. Serve!
