old fashioned rolled oats

freshly shredded carrots

vanilla protein powder

pure maple syrup

chia seeds

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

Chopped pecans and/or raisins
(optional for garnish)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium glass jar or container. Stir until well combined, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Garnish with chopped pecans and/or raisins if desired. Serve!
