Ingredients

avocado oil
(or olive oil)

fresh lemon juice
(about 1-2 lemons)

honey

Dijon mustard

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a glass jar or small bowl and whisk until fully emulsified and well combined.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Serve!

This recipe makes about 1/2 cup dressing, or 4 servings (2 tbsp each serving).
