Easy Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe (No Anchovies)
Creamy, garlicky homemade Caesar salad dressing made in 5 minutes with no anchovies and no raw eggs. Just a bowl and a whisk — that's it.

Ingredients

mayonnaise

grated parmesan cheese

fresh lemon juice

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

(optional if dressing is too thick)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well-combined.
If it's too thick, add 1 tbsp of water to thin. Store in an airtight container for 1 week.
Notes
This recipe makes 3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing!
