1 8x8 baking dish or cast iron skillet
Ingredients
8ozcream cheese(softened to room temperature)
¾cupplain Greek yogurt
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
2cupsshredded cheddar cheesedivided
6cooked bacon stripscrumbled and divided
3jalapeno peppersdeseeded and finely diced, divided
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the room temperature cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Fold in the shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced jalapeno peppers, reserving 2-3 tbsp of each for sprinkling on the top of the dip.
Spoon the dip mixture into your 8x8 baking dish or small cast iron skillet and smooth into an even layer. Top with the remaining shredded cheese, bacon, and jalapeno peppers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips and/or veggies!
