Get your spook on with this bubbly, witches'-brew-style Halloween Lemonade! This festive, non-alcoholic drink is easy to prep and family-friendly—perfect for school parties, pumpkin-carving get-togethers, and handing out treats. It's one of my family's favorite seasonal drinks!
Juice the lemons: Start by rolling them firmly with your hand on a hard surface to loosen the juice. Cut them in half and juice using a juicer.
Stir the lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and blueberry syrup together in a pitcher or carafe. If serving right away, top with sparkling water. Otherwise, store in the fridge and top with sparkling water right before serving!
Notes
This makes just over 4 cups of Halloween lemonade. For parties, you can easily double, triple, or quadruple this recipe! Storage Directions:
Refrigerating: For the most effervescent drink, store the lemonade base separately from the sparkling water and combine just before serving.
Freezing: If needed, the lemonade base can be frozen in a silicone tray until solid. Transfer the frozen blocks of lemonade to a freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 6 months. Defrost the lemonade at room temperature for 2-3 hours and top with sparkling water to serve.
