Banana Bread


What you'll need: Ripe bananas, eggs, organic cane sugar, vanilla, plain Greek yogurt, whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda, baking powder, and strawberries.

In a large bowl, mash your bananas until smooth.

Stir in eggs, vanilla, plain Greek yogurt, organic cane sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.

Add the whole wheat pastry flour and mix until just combined, try not to overmix.

Fold in chopped strawberries.

Pour batter into a greased bread pan and top with sliced, fresh strawberries. Bake!

After baking, allow to cool, then slice and serve!
