Make-Ahead Boursin Mashed Potatoes

What you'll need: Yellow potatoes, whole milk, Boursin cheese, fresh chives, and sea salt.

Chop your potatoes into 1 inch pieces, no need to peel!

Add your potatoes to boiling water, and boil for about 15 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. 

Add the Boursin cheese, whole milk, and sea salt to the bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the potatoes until smooth.

Gently stir in your fresh chives, then serve mashed potatoes hot!
