Chocolate Hazelnut Bliss Balls

What you'll need: Raw hazelnuts, maple syrup, vanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips/chunks.

Chop a few hazelnuts up in your food processor until minced. Set aside.

Add remaining ingredients to your food processor, and pulse until everything is well combined and the hazelnuts are finely minced.

Roll into about 15 one-inch balls, and set on a lined sheet pan or plate.

Sprinkle or roll them in your chopped hazelnuts, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve!
