Place the mint leaves and brown sugar in a mason jar.
Crush the mint leaves into the brown sugar with the end of a wooden spoon until the mint starts to be fragrant. The more you crush the mint leaves, the more minty your coffee will be!
Pour in the cold brew or chilled coffee, and stir until the brown sugar is dissolved.
