Ingredients
1 ¼cupraw hazelnuts
2tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
¼cupmaple syrup
½tspvanilla extract
¼cupdark chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
Add ¼ cup raw hazelnuts to your food processor, and pulse until minced well. Set aside in a small bowl.
Add remaining hazelnuts, dark chocolate chips/chunks, cocoa powder, vanilla, and maple syrup to your food processor, and pulse until everything is well combined and the hazelnuts are finely minced.
Roll into about 15 one-inch balls, and set on a lined sheet pan or plate.
Sprinkle or roll them in your minced hazelnuts, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Serve!
