Ingredients
1cupunsweetened almond milk
2tspunsweeteend cocoa powder
2tsppure maple syrup
2tspvegan chocolate chips
¼tspvanilla extract
Instructions
In a medium sauce pan, bring the almond milk to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low, whisk in in cocoa powder, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
Continue to heat the hot cocoa on low until the chocolate chips have melted and everything is smooth and well combined.
Top with marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
Notes
To make a larger batch of this (8 servings), use 8 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup chocolate chips, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
