Chia Seed Freezer Jam
This chia seed freezer jam recipe is low sugar, requires no cooking and no pectin! It’s easy, healthy, and perfect for all the summer fruit, fresh or frozen!

pureed or mashed fruit
fresh or frozen (thawed)
lemon, lime, orange, or pineapple
Combine mashed/pureed fruit, juice, chia seeds in a medium bowl. If using frozen fruit, thaw before using. If using sweetener, mix it in at this step.
Refrigerate overnight in an air tight container.
Divide into small jars or containers of choice. It keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
