Coconut Cream Fat Bombs
A great snack to add some fat into your diet!

Ingredients
1
can
coconut cream
1/4
cup
coconut oil
melted
1
cup
shredded coconut
unsweetened
1/2
teaspoon
coconut extract
2
tablespoons
sugar
or sweetener of choice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Chill for 1 hour so it can be easily shaped.
Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment.
Stick these in the fridge and enjoy for up to 5 days, or freezer for up to 3 months.
