London Broil in the Crock Pot

What you'll need:  - oil - London broil (top round) - beef broth - fresh rosemary - fresh thyme - Worcestershire sauce - garlic - onion powder - salt - butter - cornstarch

Sear the London broil in oil on both sides and place in your slow cooker.

Mix together the beef broth, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, garlic, onion powder, and salt.

Pour the herb mixture over the meat in the slow cooker.

Place butter on top of the meat.

Slow cook for 6-8 hours on low, then remove the London broil and allow to rest. Whisk in the cornstarch slurry to create a gravy.

Done! Carve and serve!
