Healthy Breakfast Cookies

What you'll need: rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, applesauce, and peanut butter.

Add all 8 ingredients to a mixing bowl.

Mix together all 8 ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.

Shape into 12 balls, and mash down with your palm to flatten into a cookie shape, arranging evenly on the lined cookie sheet. 

Done! Allow to cool then eat for breakfast or a healthy snack!
