Dutch Oven Stew

What you'll need:  - oil - stew meat - salt & pepper - onion & garlic - beef broth - potatoes - carrots - bell pepper - red wine - balsamic vinegar - Worcestershire sauce - tomato paste - fresh thyme - dry oregano

Brown the stew meat, season with salt & pepper.

Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Bring to a boil.

Cover and braise in the oven.

Done! Serve!
