Creamy Cranberry Pie

What you'll need:  - coconut oil - almond flour - coconut flour - maple syrup - vanilla - evaporated milk - coconut sugar - corn starch - fresh cranberries - orange juice - sugar - water

Combine the crust ingredients.

Press the dough into a pie pan and bake.

Meanwhile, make the custard filling.

Pour the custard filling into the pie crust, and allow to cool.

Heat the cranberry layer ingredients together on the stove.

Strain the cranberry solids from the liquids, reserving the liquids and discarding the solids.

Spread the cranberry liquids over the custard layer of the pie, then refrigerate.
