I started The Oregon Dietitian blog when I was feeling some serious burnout at my full time job. I knew that eventually I would want the opportunity to stay home with my future babies full time.
My husband and I have since gone through the Dave Ramsey program, and are completely debt free. We paid off our cars and student loans in less than 2 years and are on our way to purchasing our first home together.
How’d we do it? We had to stick to a budget!
By becoming money conscious but still wanting to eat healthy, I decided to try and create budget-friendly recipes for myself, and for you too!
Now that I’m a mommy, I realize how difficult it is to cook healthy meals for my family while keeping the budget tight. If you’re struggling with that same battle, let me help!
